gut health nutritional therapy

a healthy digestive system is widely recognised as a key component of whole body health and wellbeing.

If you are struggling to manage a gut-related health concern, or have persistent digestive issues, Nutritional Therapy can help you improve gut function and digestion whilst supporting your energy, and overall health and resilience.

Each person is biologically unique, with their own set of health goals, dietary preferences, and challenges. That is why we firmly believe in steering clear of the 'one size fits all' approach and instead focus on crafting personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Practitioners are skilled in assessing and identifying potential imbalances that may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. And, with the help of cutting-edge functional tests, such as stool analysis and food sensitivity testing, we can gain insights that enable us to provide you with bespoke, evidence-based recommendations.

NOTE: Nutritional recommendations are not a replacement for medical advice. Nutritional Therapy should complement medical advice to ensure you receive comprehensive care and support. Practitioners do not diagnose or treat diseases, instead, they collaborate to enhance your wellbeing and complement existing medical treatments.

What to expect:

Gut Health Nutritional Therapy typically involves a comprehensive evaluation of a person's diet and eating patterns, lifestyle, medical history, current health status, and an understanding of your relationship with food.

Assessment may include laboratory tests to explore gut function and other biomarkers of health.Your practitioner will then work with you collaboratively to agree a personalised plan that includes dietary recommendations, natural supplements, and lifestyle modifications to support your goals.

Time together in consultation is spent reviewing progress and refining the approach.

Each person’s journey is unique and may take time, particularly if your health situation is complex, or you are simultaneously working on your food mindset and emotional connection with food.
