food & body confidence programmes

if you are looking to reduce stress around food, reset your eating habits, and improve your body confidence, a Food & Body Confidence Programme with a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor can help you.

Working with your practitioner, you will be supported and guided through a liberating journey of self-enquiry and self-connection to help you release from unhelpful patterns, and re-ground in a life-long approach to eating and self-care that is intuitive, nourishing, compassionate, and holistic.

This type of nutrition support can help anyone looking to develop a more peaceful, stable relationship with food and their body, and may be of particular benefit to those struggling with some of the following challenges: emotional eating, serial dieting and weight cycling, food fixation, nutrition overwhelm, and poor body image.

It will not be right for you at this time if you are currently struggling with an active eating disorder.

What to expect:

A Food and Body Confidence Programme involves an evaluation of your diet and eating patterns, lifestyle, current health status, as well as an understanding of your relationship with food.

You will discuss the challenges you are facing in your relationship with food and your body, and time together in consultation will blend various coaching exercises and techniques drawing on Intuitive Eating Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Health Coaching, and supportive nutrition education.

Each person’s journey is unique and may take time. To get the most from this transformative approach, you need to be ready, willing, and able to commit time outside of consultations to engage with reading and reflective exercises, and to implement the tools or practices.
