therapeutic,  aromatherapy & swedish

we offer a range of massage therapies and included in this range is therapeutic deep tissue, Swedish and aromatherapy massage.

Manipulation of the soft tissues, with the use of hands, fingers, thumbs, and elbows ‘soft tissue’ doesn’t just relate to the muscles, but also the tendons, ligaments and the fascia which surrounds all structures within the body.

All these treatments are deeply relaxing and therapeutic. Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue methods are combined with to deliver hands on treatment designed to stimulate the flow of blood to the tissues, improve the lymphatic flow, lengthen, and soften the tissue. Additional techniques are employed to target problem areas, imbalances, and postural issues.

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses essential oils* medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Complementary in its nature to massage, oils are incorporated to your treatment and tailored to your preference and needs.

You might consider these treatments for deep relaxation over massage directly designed to support sports or injury rehabilitation.
